Thank you for your interest in Leadership Waterloo Region’s Community Leadership Development (Core) Program.
Before You Apply
It is strongly suggested that before you submit your application, that you speak with our CEO Diane Wiles. Diane can answer your questions not covered online, give you an in depth perspective of the program and find out a bit more about you and why you want to apply. To help you plan out your application responses, we have developed a Core Program Application Resource for you to use!
Please ensure you have read and noted the program dates for 2022-2023 and consulted your employer to ensure they are supporting your application and need for time to attend Leadership Days. Failure to attend the sessions could result in your inability to graduate from the program.

NOTE: A non-refundable application fee of $100 is due at time of submission. Please contact Norma Pivotto to arrange payment.

Our Core Program and Bursary applications must be completed online via Google Forms.
Note: You will need to be able to sign into Google before completing your application to allow you to go back and adjust your application after you submit. To do this, you will need to have a pre-existing Google account, or create a new one either via a Gmail address or one set up with a personal or work email. For more information on this, visit this Google Help Page.
