Leadership Waterloo Region Class of 2002

Leadership Waterloo Region and its core program still holds a place close to my heart. I recall continuously running into Leadership Waterloo Region Alumni out in the community, whether it was as a board member, program volunteer, or business acquaintance.

Leadership Waterloo Region is the one program in the Region that attracts rising decision makers to a 10-month core leadership program and instills a broader knowledge of how the puzzle pieces of our society – business, government, social profit, and everything in between, connect us all. A thriving community needs participation at every level, and an understanding of how change in one area affects the other, especially where critical decision-making is at stake. That's what I have carried through my years involved with Leadership Waterloo Region.

As a donor, I'm proud knowing that the support I provide to Leadership Waterloo Region helps emerging leaders reach their full leadership potential.
