Leading Together is a new and exciting workshop series hosted by Leadership Waterloo Region that is designed to meet the needs of your organization!

How is this possible? We work with you directly to curate the focus and content of your sessions. Whether it's a one-day intensive workshop or a 3 or 4 day series, you can be assured that your biggest challenges and growth opportunities will be addressed! 

Join us to grow and develop your leadership skills and knowledge in the areas of: followership, volunteerism/volunteer management, understanding the Canadian volunteer ecosystem, governance, mindfulness, conflict resolution and leading people just to name a few.
