Social Profit Sector and Leadership Waterloo Region
Social Profit organizations are not-for-profits with a twist. They are revenue-generating social enterprises. These organizations are traditionally operated by either a non-profit organization or by a for-profit business with two primary goals: to achieve social, cultural and economic outcomes, as well as to turn a profit to continue to support their causes.
Our 10-month experiential program empowers staff within the Social Profit sector to translate the skills. Concepts learned throughout the Core Program enhance their leadership, support their programs and volunteers more effectively, and become even more powerful community supporters.
