Doing the right thing – We keep our word, deliver on our promises and acknowledge our mistakes.

Challenging, Connecting and Collaborating - We welcome challenging conversations. We ask and answer questions and don’t rely only on ourselves to find solutions. We make connections to engage and involve different sectors of our community.

Making a difference every day - We constantly push ourselves to be our best, we focus on solutions, and every day are inspired to make an impact through our talents, passion and hard work.

Diving deep – We pull back the curtain on our community’s greatest assets and most complex challenges so that our people gain a better understanding of how our community is interconnected.
