Leadership Waterloo Region’s core program includes eight Leadership Days, held from October to May, that bring the community into the classroom by examining the issues that affect our lives. These days also include skills workshops that provide an opportunity for our leaders to hone their skills. Recent programs have included a selection of the following:

In addition to the monthly Leadership Days, participants must attend two offsite weekend sessions - 3 days in September and 2 days in June - and complete a group project benefiting a social profit organization in our community. The off-site sessions are held on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday in September and on a Friday and Saturday in June.
